Chairman, President and CEO Doug Parker, will provide an overview of the company's 2005 operations and will answer questions from the company's stockholders.

Under the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the provisions of the company's amended and restated bylaws, any stockholder proposal submitted pursuant to Rule 14a-8 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 intended for inclusion in the proxy statement for the annual stockholders meeting or otherwise proposed for consideration at the meeting, as well as any nominations of persons for election to the board of directors, must be received no later than January 30, 2006 by the Corporate Secretary, Caroline Ray, at the company's principal executive offices at 111 West Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe, Arizona 85281.
