INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Windrose Medical Properties Trust , a self-managed specialty medical properties REIT, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4777 per 7.5% Series A cumulative convertible preferred share. This dividend will be payable on February 20, 2006 to preferred shareholders of record on February 6, 2006.
