BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- New World Restaurant Group, Inc. , headquartered in Golden, Colo., today announced that it continues to expand its quick casual Einstein Bros. Bagels brand with the opening of a new location in Boca Raton. South Florida customers will now be able to pick up Einstein Bros.' famous fresh-baked bagels, a hot panini sandwich or a cup of darn good coffee at 690 Yamato Road.
Opening today, this site joins three other Einstein Bros. Bagels in Boca Raton and will be the eighth location in the West Palm Beach area. The restaurant employs 20 people, including General Manager Roy Crombie who has been with Einstein Bros. in Boca Raton since August 2005.
"We're excited for our opening day because we know people in this neighborhood will appreciate an even more convenient location to get their favorite Einstein Bros.' food," said Crombie. The new restaurant features 2,220- to 2,500-square-feet to seat 40 people in an atmosphere featuring sophisticated fixtures and comfy, casual tables and waiting areas. High-quality food is the standard here, with a diverse menu ranging from gourmet, to-go coffee and specialty coffee drinks to baked goods, salads, made-to-order sandwiches and decadent desserts. This restaurant is one of several new Einstein Bros. Bagels locations planned to open across the country in 2006.
