HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- In an effort to help dealers make better hiring decisions, ADP Dealer Services recently announced an agreement with the Alliance of Ford Motor Minority Dealers (AFMMD) to provide its members with ADP's Screening and Selection Services The announcement was made at the AFMMD annual convention in Key Biscayne, Florida.
ADP Screening and Selection Services delivers Web-based tools to help dealers through the various stages of the hiring process. The solution provides dealers with a single Internet portal to manage securely such processes as on-line job applications, criminal history checks and candidate background screenings.

Screening and Selection Services also offers dealers access to ADP's Compliance Services, which include ADP's HR KnowledgeLink, an outsourced HR help desk, and the robust online HR Resource Library. The HR Help Desk offers dealers direct phone or e-mail access to certified HR professionals, while the online HR Resource Library is a comprehensive, members-only Web library that features hundreds of links with information pertaining to each stage of the hiring process.
