TACOMA, Wash., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Columbia Bank announced that it has awarded its highest honor, the W.W. Philip Excellence in Customer Service Award, to Mary Helbling of the Cash Management Department. The award is named for former CEO Bill Philip. Ms. Helbling was presented the award by Mr. Philip and Columbia Bank President and CEO, Melanie Dressel.
