MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Hawkins, Inc. , at its meeting on February 8, 2006 declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.20 per share payable April 7, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 24, 2006. This is the 21st consecutive year the Company has paid cash dividends since it first began paying out dividends in 1985.
