Narrowstep Inc Comments on Catalyst Announcement

LONDON and NEW YORK, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Narrowstep(TM) Inc (BULLETIN BOARD: NRWS) , the TV on the Internet Company, issued the following statement today:

On Wednesday, February 8, 2006, without the Company's knowledge or approval, an entity named Catalyst Consulting Partners, LLC announced that it had been engaged by Fidice International Ltd. (an entity the Company believes is affiliated with one or more of the Company's stockholders) to provide certain public relations "consulting services" to the Company. The Company has not engaged Catalyst to provide any such consulting services to the Company, nor does the Company intend to accept any such services from Catalyst. Neither Catalyst nor Fidice is authorized to speak on behalf of the Company or to make any representation on the Company's behalf. Any statements made by Catalyst or Fidice are not authorized by the Company and should not be relied upon as having been authorized by the Company. The Company intends to send to Catalyst and to Fidice cease-and-desist letters demanding that they cease any promotional or public relations efforts on the Company's behalf.
