Fieldstone today announced that it expects to release its 2006 Dividend Guidance on Thursday, February 16, 2006 after the market has closed.
In addition, due to its engagement in October 2005 of new independent auditors, Fieldstone today announced that it expects to release its 4th quarter and full year 2005 financial results after the market closes on Monday, March 27, 2006, and that it will host a conference call on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 10 a.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss these results. Fieldstone engaged Deloitte & Touche LLP in October 2005 as its new independent auditors for the year ending December 31, 2005.
