SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Endwave Corporation , a leading provider of high frequency RF modules for telecommunications networks, defense electronics and homeland security systems, today announced the resignation of Julianne M. Biagini as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 25, 2006. Ms. Biagini will remain as CFO until her successor has transitioned into the role, and then at that time will take a personal leave of absence. Endwave has begun the process of identifying a potential CFO candidate. It is expected that Ms. Biagini's replacement will be on board in March and will work closely with Ms. Biagini for a smooth transition.
"It was a difficult decision to leave the CFO position at this stage of Endwave's revenue growth, its successful penetration into emerging markets, and its improving financial performance," said Biagini. "While my decision is based on family priorities, it is my intent to ensure a smooth and seamless transition when my replacement is announced."
