Alex C. Hui, Pericom's President, CEO and Interim CFO, said that, "We plan to engage a new independent registered public accounting firm in the near future. Accordingly, we do not expect that the selection of a new independent registered public accounting firm will delay the timing of our quarterly and year-end financial reporting."
