LAS VEGAS, March 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alliance Gaming Corp. announced that at its annual shareholders meeting today its shareholders re-elected Joel Kirschbaum and Kevin Verner to the Company's Board of Directors, each for a three-year term; approved changing the Company's name to Bally Technologies, Inc.; approved an amendment to the Company's 2001 Long Term Incentive Plan covering an additional 550,000 shares and ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent public accountants for fiscal year 2006.
