Anacomp's docHarbor division, which operates a nationwide network of document conversion centers, will provide document preparation, scanning, indexing and conversion services to a vast array of San Diego County departments and organizations. The five-year contract will standardize the way county departments purchase document conversion services and also how those services will be delivered.
