"Movies That Rock: Backbeat"
The Beatles' early days as a struggling bar band are depicted in this fact-based drama, which tells the little-known story of original member Stuart Sutcliffe (Stephen Dorff). A close friend of John Lennon, Sutcliffe acts as the band's original bassist, accompanying them on their early gigs in Liverpool and Hamburg, Germany. The friendship becomes strained, however, when Sutcliffe falls in love with a German art student and starts to question his commitment to the band.

A smart-mouthed Bellhop, Jimmy Pardo, greets, insults and coerces our cast into carrying their own luggage as they check into a surreal motel for Season 6 of The Surreal Life. Sherman Helmsley enters first and snacks his way through the house, choosing the Honeymoon Suite for himself. He is followed by uber-vixen, Tawny Kitaen, who wants everyone to know she has been mislabeled as a sex kitten. Poison guitarist C.C. DeVille, who is fresh out of rehab, and Smash Mouth lead singer, Steve Harwell bring their hard rockin' attitudes, but leave the crazy rock n roll lifestyle at the door. Alexis Arquette, the former brother turned sister of the famous Hollywood Arquette family sets the house on edge with her entrance. Surprising everyone with her late arrival, the ultimate TV Mom, special guest star Florence Henderson offers her services as a much-needed in-house advisor. Later, the cast learns they will choose their final roommate from a pool of former reality hunks in the "Fifteen More Minutes of Fame Reality Hunk Pageant."

Fed up with the craziness of the household and her family's constant interference in every aspect of her life, Brooke pleads to go on a trip to LA or Miami. Instead, she is allowed to spend the weekend with a friend at the nearby family beach house while Hulk and Linda promise to respect her privacy. But Hulk's overprotective gene acts up immediately and he begins spying on her every move. When he finds something he's not supposed to, family tensions erupt.

"2006 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony"
This year's show honored heavy metal innovators, Black Sabbath, new wave rock band Blondie, jazz legend and creative genius Miles Davis, Southern Rock mainstays Lynyrd Skynyrd and British punk pioneers, the Sex Pistols. Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss, founders of A&M records were inducted in the Lifetime Achievement Award in the Non-Performer category. Metallica, Sting, Kid Rock, Shirley Manson and Herbie Hancock were among the special guests to induct this year's honorees. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony featured a New Orleans tribute with Buckwheat Zydeco, Allen Toussaint and Elvis Costello and there was also a tribute to Wilson Pickett with Solomon Burke, Leela James and Marc Broussard.

Winona Ryder stars as Lelaina, a recent college graduate-out on her own and independent from her supportive, but out-of-touch parents, Lelaina faces the realities of careers and relationships. She can't stand her internship under a local television personality (John Mahoney), and she's forced to choose between Michael (Ben Stiller), a well-intentioned music-video network executive, and Troy (Ethan Hawke), a brooding, sensitive slacker. Meanwhile, she must also protect the artistic integrity of "Reality Bites," a video documentary that depicts the everyday lives of her friends (Hawke, Janeane Garofalo, and Steve Zahn). This 1994 release also marks the feature directorial debut of Ben Stiller.
