ENID, Okla., March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hiland Partners, LP (the "Partnership") today announced the appointment of Robert Shain as Vice President of Northern Region, Operations and Engineering.

Robert has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry with the majority of his experience in engineering and operations of midstream natural gas gathering, compression, processing and treating, along with business development and marketing. Robert most recently served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Seminole Gas Company located in Tulsa, OK. Prior to Seminole Gas Company, Robert held various positions with Impact Energy, CMS Field Services and Heritage Gas Services.
Due to our continued growth, Hiland Partners' Operations and Engineering will be split into two regions: Northern and Southern. Robert Shain will lead the Northern Region that consists of operations in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Clint Duty will lead the Southern Region that consists of operations in Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi.
