The Midland Company's American Modern Insurance Group Receives Another 'Best in Class' Technology Award


CINCINNATI, March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Midland Company , a highly focused provider of specialty insurance products and services, today announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, American Modern Insurance Group, has received the Best in Class Award from Computerworld Magazine for its web-based modernLINK(R) information technology system. American Modern's modernLINK(R) system is a suite of applications designed to allow agents to perform a host of services, including policy quoting, issuance, inquiry and payment application. The award was announced recently at the Computerworld IT Leaders' Conference, which recognizes great ideas, strategic use of best practices and real-world leadership from the information technology and business executives who are advancing their organizations through technology.
