MCLEAN, Va., March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JER Investors Trust Inc. announced that its Board of Directors approved the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.33 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2006. The dividend is payable on April 28, 2006 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2006.
