Bankrate, Inc. Files Shelf Registration Statement


NEW YORK, March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bankrate, Inc. , announced today that it has filed a shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering the offer and sale of up to $115,000,000 of its common stock. The shares will be sold at various times and prices by the Company, certain selling stockholders or a combination of both.
