Rurban Announces RDSI Signs Agreement with The First Bexley Bank


DEFIANCE, Ohio, March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rurban Financial Corp. , a leading provider of full-service community banking, investment management, trust services and bank data processing, today announced its technology subsidiary; RDSI has successfully signed a 72 month contract with The First Bexley Bank. First Bexley expects to receive final regulatory approval to open its bank in Bexley, OH sometime in April.

Martin Westfall, President and CEO of First Bexley, will lead a staff of local individuals that have in excess of 75 years of combined Community Banking experience. First Bexley chose RDSI as its technology partner in part because of Mr. Westfall's previous experience with ITI software coupled with the personalized service RDSI offers. "We felt RDSI's expertise and proven track record in the denovo arena will benefit us greatly and help insure our long-term success in the marketplace," stated Westfall.
