MALVERN, Pa., April 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Liberty Property Trust announced today that Liberty and Plumbers Local Union #690 have joined together to propose to the City of Philadelphia a pilot project for Comcast Center that involves installation of waterless urinals as part of a LEED(R) high-performance building program. As part of this five-year program, it is proposed that Liberty and the City of Philadelphia monitor the units to ascertain performance.
This proposal will be considered by the city's plumbing advisory board at a meeting on April 5, 2006.
