KITCHENER, ON, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ARISE Technologies Corporation (TSX-V: APV), announced today that it has closed a brokered private placement arranged by Dominick & Dominick Securities Inc. as Agent for $2,000,000 of Units and a non-brokered private placement for $1,835,000 of Units. Each Unit, priced at $0.30 consists of one common share and one half of a share purchase warrant. Each whole share warrant entitles the holder to purchase once common share at a price of $0.35 per common share, expiring two years from the date of closing of these private placements.
These financings were originally announced in a media release on April 3, 2006.
