LOVELAND, Colo., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- A ShiftWatch(R) Transportation Video Surveillance System (TVS) captured dramatic footage currently being viewed on national television of Monday's stabbing incident on a Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) trolley. The incident, which occurred on Monday, April 17, 2006, involved an argument over a seat. According to news reports, "the high-quality security cameras caught the argument and the violent incident."
