HOUSTON, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CenterPoint Energy, Inc.'s board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock payable on June 9, 2006, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2006. This equates to an annual dividend of $0.60 per share of common stock.
