STAMFORD, Conn., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cenveo, Inc. announced that the Supremex Income Fund has issued an additional 2,500,000 units pursuant to the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with the Fund's initial public offering. The additional units were purchased at a price of CDN$10.00. The closing of the underwriters' option was effective today and Cenveo received from the Fund proceeds of CDN$23,625,000.

As a result of the exercise of the over-allotment option by the underwriters, Cenveo's interest in the Fund has been reduced from 36.5% to 28.5%.
