CLEVELAND, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OM Group, Inc. announced that the following directors were re-elected at the company's annual meeting of stockholders held here today:
- Richard W. Blackburn, retired executive vice president, general counsel
and chief administrative officer of Duke Energy Corporation, who has
been a director of OMG since August 2005.
- Steven J. Demetriou, chairman and chief executive officer of Aleris
International, Inc., who has been a director of OMG since November
2005.
Both directors were elected to a three-year term.
At the meeting, approximately 94.5 percent of the shares outstanding were represented and more than 96 percent of those shares were cast in favor of the company's slate of directors.
