ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Dex, a Yellow Pages and local commercial search company owned by R. H. Donnelley Corporation , today announced a tentative agreement for a new three-year contract between the company and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1269.
The agreement is subject to ratification by approximately 530 Dex sales employees in Arizona, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming represented by the union. The ratification vote is expected within 30 days.

Contract talks began March 14, and the two sides have been negotiating regularly since then.
