MEMPHIS, Tenn., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mueller Industries, Inc. , announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable June 15, 2006, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2006.
