MANKATO, Minn., May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Winland Electronics, Inc. a leading designer and manufacturer of custom electronic control products and systems, announced today that its shareholders voted to set the number of directors at five and elected the following five incumbent directors to the Company's board of directors: Thomas J. de Petra, S. Robert Dessalet, Lorin E. Krueger, James L. Reissner and Richard T. Speckmann.
The percentage of shares voted at the meeting was 93.2 % of the outstanding shares.
Each director proposed by management received votes from the holders of 99% of the shares present in person or by proxy in support of their election.
