MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) announced today that it will
hold its 2006 Stable Value and Global Guaranteed Investment Contract
(GIC) Investor Day on Thursday, June 1, 2006, from 9:00 a.m. to
approximately 1:00 p.m. (ET).
MetLife presenters will include Leland C. Launer, Jr., president, Institutional Business; William J. Wheeler, executive vice president and chief financial officer; Maria R. Morris, executive vice president, employee benefits sales; Robin F. Lenna, senior vice president; Thomas E. Lenihan, managing director, investment management; Robert W. Morgan, managing director and head of domestic portfolio management; and Andrew T. Aoyama, vice president.
The conference and accompanying presentation materials will provide an overview of MetLife's financial results, retirement & savings business, and general account portfolio management.
