Horizon BCBSNJ has achieved reductions in HSA enrollment set up and cost savings that are having a direct, positive impact on the customer experience.
Horizon MyWay(SM) HSA combines a qualified, high-deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA), and provides the tools and resources to help consumers make informed decisions about health care. Horizon MyWay(SM) HSA gives members the opportunity to save for future medical expenses and control over how to use their HSA funds. Horizon BCBSNJ is using MyHealthBank Finance to manage Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). This functionality in the MyHealthBank solution provides automated HSA account setup, allowing members access to their account dollars through a debit card and account information upon enrollment.
