CHICAGO, June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced today that Miles W. McHugh has been appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, effective immediately.
Mr. McHugh has been the Chief Financial Officer of RR Donnelley Logistics since 2004. Prior to that, he was Assistant Controller of RR Donnelley. Before joining RR Donnelley, Mr. McHugh served as Controller for DPL, Inc., parent company of The Dayton Power and Light Company and in a variety of senior accounting roles, including Assistant Controller, for Mirant Corporation. He began his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse. Mr. McHugh was graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Chicago, and is a certified public accountant. Mr. McHugh's predecessor, Michael J. Graham, will remain with the company for a suitable transition period, and then will leave the company to pursue a CFO opportunity elsewhere.
