The launch will be highlighted at the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) 2006 Radiology Summit from June 4th -7th, 2006, in Miami, Florida.

AMICAS Insight Services is a suite of services designed to accelerate the time it takes to convert receivables into cash while reducing the total cost of operations. The Insight Services suite is expected to be deployable in fully customized combinations tailored to meet the specific business goals of any given radiology business. Available AMICAS Insight Services include:

* National Change of Address: capability to access national change of

* Electronic Payment: electronic payments for patient statements via
custom Web services portals.
* Electronic Lockbox Payment Processing: automated lockbox payment
processing ANSI 835 ERA for payment of patient statements.
* Electronic Statement Archive: Web-based access to digitally archived
patient statements to facilitate denial management and processing.
Each of these capabilities promotes faster account resolution and reduced cost to service accounts. We believe these improvements will simultaneously improve patient satisfaction while increasing the efficiency of the radiology business, enabling AMICAS customers to save time, money, and eliminate manual processes from their daily workflow. The new AMICAS Insight Services are offered by AMICAS' transaction services group.

Quantum Medical Business Service specializes in practice management for hospital based physicians in Radiology, Pathology, Emergency Medicine, and Radiation Oncology. "Quantum extensively researched the return on investment regarding patient statements and collections in an effort to minimize costs and maximize efficiency," said Barry Webb, Vice President of Operations for Quantum Medical. Also on display at RBMA 2006 is the recently debuted AMICAS Vision Reach offering. Vision Reach proactively delivers images, reports, and results from imaging studies to e-mail, Web and wireless devices. Vision Reach was first debuted at RSNA 2005 as a work in progress and is scheduled to go into early adopter use in the second half of 2006.
