ITASCA, Ill., June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OfficeMax(R) Incorporated , a leader in office products and services, today announced that Perry Zukowski has been elected as executive vice president, Human Resources reporting to chairman and chief executive officer, Sam Duncan.

Prior to joining OfficeMax, Zukowski was vice president, Human Resources, of General Binding Corporation, where he managed the global human resource function for the company from 1998 through 2005. Zukowski also brings extensive experience with employee benefits to OfficeMax, having managed the administration of benefits programs for the Walgreen Company from 1981 to 1986.
Zukowski holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin.
