go! First Interisland Flights Take off Today


HONOLULU, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hawaii's new interisland carrier, go!, a division of Mesa Air Group, Inc. , launched its first flights today between Honolulu and Lihue, Kahului and Kona.

Jonathan Ornstein, Chairman and CEO of Mesa Air Group, Inc., met each of the first flights to arrive in Honolulu and greeted the passengers. "We are dedicated to giving people the opportunity to visit friends and family at affordable prices with friendly aloha spirit. We would like to thank everyone who chose to fly with us on our first day here in Hawaii," he continued.

go! offers 32 flights per day with service between Honolulu and Lihue, Kahului and Kona. Daily flights will increase to 62 when service between Honolulu and Hilo is added on June 30th. Passengers who register for the go! Miles frequent flyer program can earn go! Miles redeemable for future travel. 500 miles are earned just for registering online. go! recently announced it's celebrating inaugural flights by offering one way tickets at just $19*. The Go go! Fare is available through 11:59 p.m. June 9, 2006, or until tickets sell out. Tickets can be purchased online or toll free at 1-888-IFLYGO2. These Go go! Fares are combinable with other fares. Tickets are valid for travel between Honolulu and Lihue, Kahului or Kona from June 9 through July 9, 2006 and between Honolulu and Hilo from June 30 through July 9, 2006. Seats may not be available on all flights. Tickets are non-refundable and no changes are allowed for this special offer.

go! also announced that the $39 promotional fare is now part of its regular fare structure and can be booked at http://www.iflygo.com/ .

Last month go! also announced special reduced fares for military personnel, as well as their spouses and dependents, which are available starting today. Active duty personnel from every branch of the U.S. military are eligible, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard, as well as active duty members of the Reserve and National Guard.

go! military fares are just $55** one way between Honolulu and Lihue, Kahului, Kona and Hilo, and $74** one way from Hilo to Lihue and Kahului, Kona to Lihue and Kahului, and Lihue to Kahului. In addition to these discounts, go! is also waiving ticket change fees for military fares.

This special military fare must be booked via the go! toll-free reservation number at 1-888-IFLYGO2 and are subject to certain restrictions. Seats are limited and may not be available on every flight.
