Located at 14040 Park Center Road, Herndon, VA 20171, the Center showcases the latest technology from SteelCloud. The Center will be open for business starting June 12 with opening ceremonies slated for June 15. SteelCloud, a Premier member of the Intel(R) Communications Alliance, worked with Intel to create this state-of-the-art Solutions Center. The primary objective of the Center is to foster customer education and provide government and commercial enterprises an opportunity to view, inspect and test new technology solutions.
ATCA (Advanced Telecom Computing Technology) building blocks utilizing Intel(R) architecture are featured products in the new Center. ATCA is ideal for the military's network centric and mobile warfare initiatives which call for highly-available servers, running on -48 VDC power, with open-standards compatibility. By utilizing the modular, standard-based approach inherent in ATCA, engineering and product development costs are reduced considerably and the time to project completion is dramatically shortened.
Other products and technology on display include SteelWorks(TM), the Company's new family of software applications created to add self-management and self-diagnostics to the Company's appliance server offerings. In addition, numerous other software and technology solutions will be on display.
