as Senior Vice President, E-Business. He will report to Brad Baker,
Chief Product and Marketing Officer for Monster Worldwide.
In his new role, Mr. Fleischman will drive the vision and development of one of the fastest growing business segments for Monster, providing services to drive sales and servicing through the E-Business channel. Leveraging Monster's E-Business work in the U.S., he will expand the channel internationally to speed the migration of transactions online in order to support service or fulfillment at a lower cost.

"Jeff's experience in leading E-Business growth within companies with multiple sales channels, along with his entrepreneurial spirit, makes him an ideal fit for this position to lead our E-Business as it becomes a vital segment of Monster's business across the globe."
Mr. Fleischman comes to Monster from the American Express (Amex) Company. He served most recently as Amex's Vice President of Interactive Services, and also held the position of Vice President for US Risk Management and for Small Business Services. Throughout his career, Mr. Fleischman has also worked at Advanta Corporation, Bankers Trust Company, and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Mr. Fleischman holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Syracuse University and an MBA from Hofstra University, with a concentration on Finance, Banking and Investments.
