Lincoln Financial Group Announces Dates for Statistical Supplement Review, Second Quarter Earnings, and 2006 Investors and Bankers Conference


PHILADELPHIA, June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lincoln National Corporation today announced dates for the review of the revised statistical supplement, the second quarter earnings release and call, and the 2006 Investors and Bankers Conference.

A conference call is scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. ET to present Lincoln's revised statistical supplement incorporating the changes in the business segment reporting. The revised statistical supplement will include a restatement of Lincoln's reported financial results for the past five quarters under the new segment structure. Related materials, including a template of the statistical supplement, will be available on the company's website, http://www.lfg.com/investor, after market close on Monday, July 10, 2006.

Interested persons are invited to listen through the Internet. Please go to http://www.lfg.com/webcast at least fifteen minutes prior to the event to register, download and install any necessary streaming media software.

Second Quarter Earnings

Lincoln will report its second quarter earnings after market close on Tuesday, August 8, 2006. A conference call will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the second quarter earnings and related matters for the company and its business segments. Earnings material, including the 2Q06 Earnings Release and Statistical Supplement, will be made available through http://www.lfg.com/investor after market close on Tuesday, August 8, 2006. Webcast and teleconference details will be announced approximately one month prior to the second quarter earnings release.

Investors and Bankers Conference

Lincoln will hold its annual Conference for Investors and Bankers in Philadelphia on Friday, November 10, 2006. The conference will include a discussion of the results, strategies, and expectations of the company and its business segments and other matters.
