SILVER SPRING, Md., June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Choice Hotels International, Inc. today announced that it recently completed the re-financing of its $350 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility, which had been scheduled to expire in July 2009. The company entered into a new $350 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility on June 16 with a group of ten financial institutions. The new facility has a maturity date of June 16, 2011. A copy of the agreement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K.
Choice Hotels International franchises more than 5,200 hotels, representing more than 425,000 rooms, in the United States and more than 40 countries and territories.
