NASD Clears Request for an Un-priced Quotation in the Pink Sheets for SLM Holdings, Inc. Common Stock


DEER PARK, N.Y., July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SLM Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SMHI.PK) announces that as of June 28, 2006 the NASD has cleared S.G. Martin Securities Inc.'s request for an un-priced quotation in the Pink Sheets for SLM Holdings, Inc. common stock. Subsequently S.G. Martin has filed a supplement for pricing the Securities for quotation on the Pink Sheets.

In clearing S.G. Martin's filing it should not be assumed that any Federal, State, or self-regulatory requirements other than rule 6740 and 15C-211 have been considered.
