CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., and PADUCAH, Ky., July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KBSI-TV (FOX 23) and WPSD-TV (NBC 6) have announced a news agreement in which WPSD will produce a 9:00pm to 9:30pm newscast Monday through Sunday on KBSI, beginning October 2006.
