NEW YORK, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kellwood's Phat Fashions division has named Paula Rosado vice president marketing and public relations for Baby Phat and KLS by Kimora Lee Simmons, according to Bernt Ullmann, president Phat Fashions. She will be responsible for worldwide marketing execution, strategic positioning, marketing communications and programs, and public relations for the brands.

In addition to her total of ten years' experience at Tommy, she spent two years of her career in the advertising and communication department of Prada USA Corp.
