NEW YORK, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the company's cash dividend for the third quarter of 2006 in the amount of $0.13 per share of common stock, increasing the dividend by $0.02 per share, or 18%, from the prior quarter's dividend of $0.11 per share. The dividend will be payable on October 23, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 2, 2006.
