The Company is taking the additional allotted time period in order to fully complete the 10-Q filing for the reporting of its Foothills Mall transaction, completed on June 29, 2006. There is no expected impact on Funds From Operations or the Company's dividend. Feldman Mall Properties previously announced financial results for the second quarter of 2006 on August 9, 2006. The Company intends to file its quarterly report within the five-day extension period.
