The voice and Internet products will be delivered over SureWest's Internet Protocol (IP) network utilizing dynamic bandwidth allocation and circuit bonding over Type II T1 circuits to provide:

-- T1 Internet access with speeds of up to 3 Mbps for both uploading and
downloading
