MARIETTA, Ga., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Graphic Packaging Corporation today announced the resignation of Donald W. Sturdivant, Senior Vice President, Food and Consumer Products Packaging. "During his fifteen year career with the Company, Don has been a strong leader and has delivered on many successful company initiatives," said David Scheible, Chief Operating Officer. "On behalf of the entire Company, I wish to acknowledge the contributions that Don has made and wish him success in his future endeavors."
Concurrent with Mr. Sturdivant's resignation, the following organizational change takes immediate effect.
Michael P. Doss, currently Vice President of Operations, Food and Consumer Products Packaging, is promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Food and Consumer Products Packaging, reporting to David Scheible, Chief Operating Officer. During his sixteen-year career with the Company, Mr. Doss has held positions of increasing management responsibility including Plant Manager at the Gordonsville, TN and Wausua, WI plants. Thereafter, he was Director of Web Systems for the then Universal Packaging Division until his promotion to Vice President of Operations. Mr. Doss received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Marketing and his MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University. Earlier this year, he completed The General Manager Program at Harvard's Business School.
