SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Foundry Networks(TM), Inc. , today announced that on August 14, 2006 it received a Nasdaq Staff Determination letter indicating that the Company is not currently in compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements as set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14) due to the delayed filing of Foundry's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. Foundry will initiate the appeal process by requesting a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel in response to the letter. Pending a decision by the panel, Foundry's shares will remain listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
