CHICAGO, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sauer-Danfoss Inc. today announced that its board of directors has approved an increase of the Company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.16 per share, an increase of 14 percent over the Company's previous dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend, for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, is payable on October 16, 2006, to stockholders of record as of September 29, 2006.
"We are once again very pleased that our strong performance and record cash flow has allowed us to increase our quarterly dividend," said David Anderson, President and Chief Executive Officer. "This increase reflects our commitment to our shareholders and confidence in our Company's continued growth."
This is the 34th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since its initial public offering in May of 1998.
