ORANGEBURG, N.Y., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thomas E. Hales, Chairman of the Board of U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc. and subsidiaries (the "Company") , the parent company of Union State Bank, is pleased to announce that on August 23, 2006, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of fourteen cents ($0.14) per share. The dividend will be paid on October 13, 2006 to stockholders of record on September 29, 2006.
