INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, Minn., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CHS Inc. , a leading energy and grain-based foods company in the U.S., today announced it will invest in a newly created Brazilian grain handling and merchandising company named Multigrain S.A. The new company will be jointly owned with Multigrain Comercio, the Sao Paulo-based agricultural commodities business.
