(NASDAQ-Global Select Market: CTGI) jointly announce today that they have obtained all necessary regulatory approvals for LandAmerica's acquisition of Capital Title. Closing will occur in accordance with the terms of the parties' agreement. When the acquisition occurs, LandAmerica and Capital Title will jointly announce the applicable exchange rate and the deadline by which Capital Title stockholders must submit their election forms to elect their preferred form of consideration.
