Aviall, Inc. Announces Extension of Expiration Time in the Tender Offer and Consent Solicitation for Its Outstanding 7 5/8% Senior Notes Due 2011


DALLAS, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aviall, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that it is extending the Expiration Time in its tender offer and consent solicitation for any and all of its outstanding 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2011 (the "Notes") (CUSIP No. 05366BAB8). The Expiration Time is now 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 19, 2006, unless further extended.

As of September 8, 2006, the Company had received valid tenders and consents from holders of $199,678,000 aggregate principal amount (representing approximately 99.8%) of the outstanding Notes. The Company has extended the Expiration Time to coordinate the consummation of the tender offer with the consummation under the previously announced merger agreement with The Boeing Company. The terms and conditions of the tender offer and consent solicitation are more particularly described in the Offer to Purchase and Consent Solicitation Statement dated August 14, 2006.
